Come join us for a great cause & a fun night out!
A few buddies of mine are members of CANFAR’s Young Professional Council – a community-based volunteer organization dedicated to assisting CANFAR (The Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research) in its mission to end AIDS. On Saturday night YPC are hosting their first major event: ‘Our Future Without AIDS’.
It will be an evening of cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, art, technology, social media and interactive experiences. Every installation and experience will embody CANFAR’s mission to end AIDS. Artwork donated by Toronto artists will be auctioned throughout the evening both at the event and online.
To help them get some last minute buzz happening for the event, I have a set of tickets (one for you + guest) to give away to a reader in Toronto.

*All funds raised from the evening will go to CANFAR. (When you think about it – if you’re already in the area drinking at the Drake or whatever your trendy watering spot of choice is, $25 is barely going to get you two drinks anyways so, why not pitch in a little extra for a really awesome night & a great cause? RIGHT? Instead of being forced to hang out with a bunch of douche-bags at some random bar you’ll get a chance to meet some really cool people while helping out a great organization. All around, its a WIN/WIN situation.)

I have a few friends who have been affected by the disease so, this is a cause I’m really passionate about. I will be there with a date (NOT randomly selected from the internet! woo hoo!), a smile and a drink in hand. I’ll also probably be torturing my feet in some kind of ridiculous (but pretty) footwear. It’s going to be a lot of fun. I hope to see you there too!
